Custom contemporary residence overlooking Rattlesnake Creek.  Designed to take full advantage of the site the home features large expanses of glass and gracious outdoor living spaces.  Energy efficiency was an important criteria for the client, so extra measures were taken to include advanced insulation methods, energy efficient windows, and a highly efficient HVAC system.
